PHLEGM v8 Revision r91 - ARGB color for TREE + CHAR
==================================================

When GUI SKIN is ARGB / TREE / ... / CHAR, render each tree label
using the Packard Bell CHR mask tinted with deterministic, readable RGB
rather than the original opaque black. Each glyph is alpha-composited;
the CHR source bits stay unchanged. The label tint is derived from the
label string so the same hierarchy has the same colors on both hosts.

Windows: CDDS_ITEMPOSTPAINT uses DrawChrDrawTextAlphaColor instead of the
1-bit SRCAND mask in ARGB mode. MONO keeps the original CHR renderer.
The GUI SKIN ARGB/MONO switch now invalidates the native TreeView.
Selection, expansion, branch connectors, and native tree geometry stay.

Linux: GTK cell pixbuf labels are regenerated via the same tint with
Cairo ARGB32, not just queued for redraw. This happens when selecting
ARGB/MONO without needing to toggle CHAR or TREE. MONO remains black.

The five independent GUI SKIN settings and syntax are unchanged.
DITH/FILL and FLAT/ANIM still control CHOP icons, not font bitmaps.
No firmware or ROM changes. The Bootstrap scripts are unchanged.

Validation: static path/behavior regression tests added. Run native
Windows and Linux GUI builds and visual smoke tests before release.
